Deuteronomy 18:10-11

Let no one be found among you who sacrifices his son or daughter in the fire, who practices divination or sorcery, interprets omens, engages in witchcraft or casts spells, or who is a medium or spiritist or who consults the dead.


(To Explain My Feelings Towards This)
I am fully against anyone who'd risk a child's life or overall well being for selfish reasons.
However divination, sorcery, predicting omens, white magic and spell casting, along with being able to consult the dead who have not passed on is not a sin but a blessing. God given powers that can only be seen as a sin when used wrongfully. For anyone with a good mind the 3-fold is taken into thought. For your actions against the well being of another to benefit a single person causes a great disruption, in response you play fault and with such you risk it coming back to you far worse than one could ever imagine.
